General Information


Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you desire to check-in later than 8:00 p.m., contact the manager and we will work with you to make alternative arrangements. Your deposit may be subject to forfeiture if you have not contacted us and have not arrived by 10:00 p.m. The balance of your account is due at check-in. At check-in, the number of guests in your party and pets, if any, will be verified. Our check-out time is 11 a.m.  Subject to availability, you may request an earlier check in. Please call in advance and ask the managers!

An extended stay until 5 p.m. on the day of check-out may be offered only if there is availability for the room. A fee of 1/2 of the daily rate (plus tax) is required. Make arrangements with the manager on duty the morning of your departure.

Cancellation Policies

You may cancel prior to 48 hours before your check-in date for a full refund.

Minimum Stay

A 3 day minimum stay is required for the winter season, holidays, and special events.  We have these guidelines because it is our number one priority to provide a safe and relaxing environment for all of our guests.

Pet Policy

We welcome your pets at the South Beach Inn! For the safety of our guests, your pets must be well trained and not be aggressive.  Pet owners are responsible for the behavior of their pets.  All dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside the motel room.  This is a local ordinance requirement.  Owners must pick up after their pets. We provide bio-degradable baggies!  We ask that you please walk your pet to the north of the building.  Allowing your pet on the beach is prohibited by law and is subject to a fine.
There is an additional charge of $15.00 per day for each pet.

Refunds

Our general policy is that refunds will be given for early departures in the event of a mandatory evacuation order in the event of an approaching hurricane.

Guaranteed Reservations Policy



We accept your reservation deposit via credit card as verbally authorized by the cardholder or by cash or check. The amount of one (1) night's rent or 20% of the total due (whichever is greater) will be charged to the cardholder's account to immediately guarantee the room. Balance is due at check-in.
Reservations can be made for up to four (4) months in advance. Reservations made for more than 4 months in advance may be subject to rate increases.

We respect your privacy!  Because we are your home away from home, with kitchenettes and other home style amenities, we do not provide daily maid service.  Please ask the managers, and we will gladly furnish clean linens and towels on an exchange basis as needed.  Please ask the managers if you require any additional cooking supplies, paper towels, or toilet paper, or any other special requests.  We will always try to make your stay the most relaxing and fun ocean front getaway possible!
